1) Overview
These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the Your Company affiliate program for Your Product.

2) Commission
Commission: 20% on first payment.
Attribution: last-click within a 30-day cookie window.

3) Payout schedule
We process payouts: Monthly.
Minimum payout threshold: $50. If your balance is below the threshold, it rolls over.

4) Refunds & adjustments
Refund window: 30 days. Refunded payments do not earn commission.
If a commission was already paid for a payment that later becomes ineligible (for example, a refund), we may deduct that amount from a future payout.

5) Prohibited promotional methods
Affiliates must not: (a) run misleading ads, (b) impersonate Your Company, (c) use trademark bidding where prohibited, (d) send spam, or (e) use fraudulent tracking practices.

6) Brand & disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required and must not make claims about Your Product that are not true.

7) Termination
We may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these Terms.

8) Changes
We may update these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affiliates of material changes.
