TinyAffiliate subscriptions are billed in advance. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or otherwise stated.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you purchased a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment. Renewals are not automatically refundable.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@tinyaffiliate.com.
  2. Include the account email and invoice date.
  3. We will reply with a confirmation or request more details.

Charge disputes

If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve it quickly.
