Refund Policy
Last updated: 8 March 2026
This page explains when TinyAffiliate refunds may be available and how to request one. If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible, email us and we’ll help.
General rule
TinyAffiliate subscriptions are billed in advance. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or otherwise stated in this policy.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you purchased a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment. Renewals are not automatically refundable.
How to request a refund
- Email support@tinyaffiliate.com.
- Include the account email and invoice date.
- We will reply with a confirmation or request more details.
Refund processing time
We’ll confirm eligibility as quickly as possible. Once approved, the time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank/card provider.
Cancellation vs refund
Canceling your subscription stops future billing. A refund request relates to fees already paid and is handled according to this policy.
Charge disputes
If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve it quickly.
