These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TinyAffiliate (“we”, “us”, “our”) and its related services, located at tinyaffiliate.com and tnflt.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

TinyAffiliate is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated from Lisbon, Portugal. Our mission is to help creators, developers, and founders manage affiliate links and track performance transparently.

2. Eligibility

To use TinyAffiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of the service

You agree to use TinyAffiliate in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You may not:

• Use the service for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Abuse or interfere with the platform’s infrastructure or security.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy internal logic or source code.
• Use automated scripts to collect data without permission.

5. Free and paid plans

TinyAffiliate may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Free users may experience certain limitations (e.g., fewer tracking records, fewer integrations, or lower API rate limits).

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge you the applicable subscription fees. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or otherwise stated.

6. Affiliate link shortener

Links created on TinyAffiliate may use the default short domain tnflt.com. Custom domains may be supported under certain plans. You are solely responsible for the content and destinations of links you create.

7. Acceptable content

You may not use TinyAffiliate to share or promote links that:

• Contain adult, violent, or illegal content.
• Encourage self-harm, hate speech, or harassment.
• Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove or disable links that violate these conditions without notice.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or caused harm to the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting support@tinyaffiliate.com.

9. Intellectual property

TinyAffiliate and its associated design, branding, and software are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of your own data and links, but you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display them solely to operate the service.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that TinyAffiliate will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyAffiliate, its founders, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TinyAffiliate and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. If the changes are material, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
