TinyAffiliate Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement governs participation in the TinyAffiliate affiliate program and describes the commission structure, payout rules, promotion restrictions, and termination rights that apply to affiliates.

1. Enrollment
Participation in the TinyAffiliate affiliate program is subject to review and approval by TinyAffiliate. We may accept or reject any application at our discretion.
2. Commission structure
Approved affiliates earn 40% recurring commission on qualified TinyAffiliate subscription revenue for the first 12 months of each referred paying customer.
3. Attribution window
Affiliate attribution is based on a 90-day cookie window and our default last-click attribution logic, unless TinyAffiliate explicitly confirms another rule in writing.
4. Qualified transactions
Commissions apply only to valid, paid, customer transactions that are successfully processed, remain in good standing, and are not cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, duplicated, or self-referred.
5. Payout timing
Approved commissions are paid monthly, net 30, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50. Amounts below the threshold roll over to the next payout cycle.
6. Refunds, disputes, and reversals
TinyAffiliate may withhold, reduce, reverse, or claw back commissions associated with refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraudulent activity, abuse, or other non-commissionable transactions.
7. Promotion rules
Affiliates may not use spam, misleading claims, impersonation, false urgency, deceptive incentives, coupon-site promotion without approval, or bidding on TinyAffiliate branded keywords or confusingly similar brand terms.
8. Compliance and brand use
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, disclosure, privacy, and platform rules in their jurisdiction. Any use of TinyAffiliate brand assets must be accurate and must not imply endorsement beyond participation in the affiliate program.
9. Termination
TinyAffiliate may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time if we believe an affiliate has violated this agreement, created legal or reputational risk, or engaged in low-quality, abusive, or non-compliant promotion methods.
10. Changes to this agreement
TinyAffiliate may update this agreement from time to time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
